This project involved rectifying ongoing water leak issues to the upper storey. All cladding was removed to allow for a thorough assessment, after which the area was correctly re-flashed and re-clad to ensure a long-term solution. Weather conditions presented challenges throughout the works; however, the project was completed successfully and finished to a high standard.

Rock Havir Build carried out the remedial and associated structural works, including removing existing cladding, re-sarking and flashing all affected areas, and reframing the balcony. The scope also included recladding in Axon sheeting, constructing a new pitched roof structure for the pergola, replacing external sliding doors, and installing Knotwood screening.
